This is one of my very first experimental/ambient/noise releases, released in early 2003... A couple of co-workers at the time hipped me to such artists/acts as Phillip Jeck, Double Leopards, Wolf Eyes, Fennesz, etc. plus local acts such as Iovae, Burning Star Core, Roesingape, and so on.
I had a some things around so I decided to give it a try. I had always liked feedback and drone and when I was playing drumsin bands in the 90's I always wanted the guitar to feedback more or I wanted to do something slow and monotonous with plodding bass. That comes back I guess to my love of Godflesh.
The equipment I used for this includes: turntable, sampler, keyboard, television, duct tape, microphone and a few effects pedals.
Originally released in early 2003 on cdr and cassette.
Recorded originally to zip disk 8/2002-1/2003
